Are you so busy and pressed for time that all you have is a few minutes per day for exercise? There’s hope for your limited schedule! I asked Manuel Ignacio, pole instructor and pole dancer at Polecats Manila, to help me come up with a short but effective beginner’s workout program that I can do anytime I need a jolt of energy.
Pros of this quickie workout: It burns a lot of calories, targets strength conditioning and cardio, works on overall body mobility, and great for toning the legs. Each session targets full body mobility, quads, thighs, bum, obliques, and shoulders.
Tip: Remember to work out in your own pace, listen to your body, and most importantly, don’t forget to breathe.
